Graham Potter may be favorite to take over at Premier League side West Ham but the former Chelsea and Brighton manager has a new role in football.
Potter, 49, has been out of the game since leaving his role at Stamford Bridge in April 2023.
He has was allegedly asked to replace Julen Lopetegui at the Hammers but announced a new, different role on Tuesday morning.

Potter has become course co-director for the Certificate in Football Psychology run by the Professional Footballers’ Association.
This course helps students develop leadership skills and is a specialized course for coaches and managers.
“Education helped me become a better person and a better player,” Potter said.
“It is very exciting that the PFA is doing this and providing opportunities to improve, I am happy to support this. It is an investment in the present and the future. My degree was the foundation for my career in management.
Potter made his name as a coach with Swedish side Ostersund before spells with Swansea, Brighton and Chelsea.
