Doctor Who and Disney their relationship ended in 2025, and the new season of the show will begin a special Christmas to close in 2026. Now, however, fans are in a strange place. Ncuti Gatwa’s tenure as the Fifteenth Doctor had some fun highs but also some terrible lows—and it ended in the most amazing scene of change on Doctor Wholong history.
While the Doctor Who honestly waiting to see what’s next—and viewers in the States are wondering if or when Disney+ will release its finale Doctor Who project, the hot spinoff The War Between Land and Sea—The BBC announced an auction that CAN feels like a Disney-era fire sale, if the lots weren’t included before the Mouse House era. However, you can’t help but wonder if Doctor WhoThe longtime home is eager to do some clearing up after the roller coaster experience of the past few years.
It wasn’t framed that way, of course. Propstore’s press release touts “an online auction of over 300 lots, featuring costumes and props from all over Doctor Who history … from David Tennant’s Tenth Doctor to Ncuti Gatwa’s Fifteenth Doctor, along with unforgettable accompanying costumes, creations, and production pieces. With all lots starting at just £100, the auction offers an accessible entry point for fans and seasoned collectors alike. In addition, 20% of the hammer proceeds will be donated in support of BBC Children in Need.”
The auction house’s list of most desirable lots includes a TARDIS that matches the screen seen in “Eve of the Daleks” (pictured at the top of this post), a special 2022 episode from Jodie Whittaker’s Thirteenth Doctor run. There are also two others Doctor Who icons in the form of a light-up, exhibition Cyberman and a Bronze Asylum Dalek.
You can also bid on many memorable costumes, including River Song’s “Rain Gods” outfit, Amy Pond’s “Amy’s Choice” ensemble, the Fifteenth Doctor’s “Reality War” outfit, and the band jacket worn by Jinkx Monsoon’s memorable villain, Maestro.
Also, some great props are about selling. These include Clara Oswald’s Anti-Cyber Gun, the 14th Doctor’s Sonic Screwdriver (the rehearsal version), and the Sonic Screwdriver used by the 15th Doctor in “World’s Happiness.”
