South Africa have been in superb form in the tournament so far, winning all six of their matches – including wins over India and West Indies in their Super 8 group – to book their place in the semi-finals.

The All-African contest is something of a dead-rubber at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi, however, with Zimbabwe already out of the competition.

But Justin Sammons’ side will be hoping to depart on a high, after achieving their best-ever T20 World Cup finish.

After Thursday’s loss to India, Zimbabwe captain Sikandar Raza said he was expecting a better performance against South Africa.

He said: “I’m looking for a better fielding performance and hopefully we can continue our batting performance. If we do that, we have a great chance to win.”
