Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky Ukraine, the United States and Russia will hold a new round of talks this week, it was announced on Sunday, with Kiev urging progress on ending the war and Moscow continuing nationwide strikes.

“Ukraine is ready for substantive discussions and we are interested in ensuring that the outcome brings us closer to a real and dignified end to the war,” Zelensky wrote.
