Xeinadin expands its London footprint with the acquisition of Grunberg

Xeinadin, a provider of accounting and business advisory services, has acquired Grunberg to expand its presence in London, UK.

Grunberg is based in Colindale, North West London and serves both UK and international clients. It has been in business for over 35 years and employs over 80 people.

Grunberg managing partner Robert Bean said: “This move gives us the support and breadth we need to grow with confidence. We’ve always had big ambitions and to double in size over the next few years, we knew we had to bring in a partner who could support this journey.

“Joining Xeinadin brings national scale, additional specialist knowledge and operational resources, all while allowing us to maintain the customer relationships and culture that define who we are. Crucially, this is a step forward for the entire team.”

As well as strengthening its presence in the capital, Xeinadin expects the acquisition to deepen its advisory capabilities.

In a statement, Xeinadin said Grunberg’s team of nine partners, including the three named at termination, will remain. Clients will also continue to work with the same advisers in London.

Xeinadin CEO Derry Crowley said: “Robert, the partners and the team at Grunberg have built strong relationships in London and beyond.

“Their commitment to taking their people with them into this next chapter speaks volumes. This acquisition strengthens our ability to support businesses in the capital with both expert and personal advice.”

In October of last year, Xeinadin acquired Cooper Dawn Jerrom (CDJ), a west London practice, for an undisclosed sum.

CDJ offers a wide range of financial services such as auditing, accounting and tax advice.
