North America, Central America and the Caribbean: With three spots taken by World Cup host countries, only three spots are left up for grabs. The winner will be decided on November 18th. Bermuda, Costa Rica, Curacao, El Salvador, Honduras, Guatemala, Haiti, Jamaica, Nicaragua, Panama, Suriname, and Trinidad and Tobago have all advanced to the third round.
