President-elect Trump floating NHL legends Wayne Gretzky posted on social media on Wednesday that he was a potential candidate to replace Justin Trudeau as Canada’s prime minister.

Wayne’s wife, Janet Gretzky, seems to understand this.

Janet Gretzky shared Trump’s “Truth Social” post on her Instagram Stories and posted the link.

“I just walked away from Wayne Gretzky,’ he’s a great guy that’s known in the hockey world. I said, ‘Wayne, why don’t you run for prime minister of Canada and soon to be governor general of Canada – you Will win easily, you don’t even have to campaign,” Trump wrote.

“He has no interest, but I think the Canadian people should start a Wayne Gretzky draft movement. It would be great fun to watch!”
