February 7 marks the 10th anniversary of Von Miller’s Super Bowl dominance, and the pass rusher is still on the field. Of course, his role in the NFL today is much different than it was in his youth. Still, Miller showed he still has some gas in the tank heading into 2025. The question is where the gasoline will take him.
The pass rusher has hinted interest in playing for Denver next season, but a Broncos-Miller reunion in 2026 may not work. Not only that, but a reunion could ruin his chances of getting into the Hall of Fame. At least, that’s what Broncos insider Mike Kreese told Sportskeeda on Tuesday.

“I just think this is Sean Payton’s team and he likes a certain type of player,” Kliss said. “I think Von is so great. He has such a big personality; he has a big brand. Exploring Von Miller’s Potential Landing Sites

Von Miller is essentially done with his one-year, $6.1 million contract with the Washington Commanders (observer), putting him on track to become a free agent in March.
Fortunately for Miller, many teams are eager to bring in someone who can sack the quarterback. Miller’s nine sacks will increase the team’s scoring by nearly 50%. San Francisco 49ers Total dismissals in 2025. So adding Miller there makes sense.
The Baltimore Ravens, who have the third-most sacks in the NFL behind the New York Jets and 49ers, also need a boost.
The Carolina Panthers, also a team that needs to add some sacks in 2026, finished with 30 sacks, less than half as many as the NFL’s sack-leading Broncos.
