Urinalysis company Vivoo is rocking CES 2026 with two new products designed to monitor your health. The first is the Smart Toilet, which clips onto your bowl and uses optical sensors to monitor your hydration levels.

This is an evolution of the smart toilet product it is originally announced in 2023which uses a reactive testing strip as part of its process. Here, that feature has been removed in favor of simply collecting a small sample in a pocket-shaped cup for non-contact testing before release.

The optical sensors in question are designed to track the specific gravity of your urine to monitor how hydrated you are. (If the urine is too thick, it’s a sign of dehydration, while if it’s too thin, it’s a sign of overhydration or something more serious, like diabetes or kidney failure.)

You trigger a reading through the smartphone app, and when the test is complete the data is returned to your device. The company says its battery lasts more than 1,000 measurements before you need to recharge it.

Vivoo does not have (Withings) name (Withings) names (Withings) but threw a sharp elbow to his competitor. It boasts that its product lasts for 1,000 tests on a single charge, “which is more than the several monthly readings offered by chemical-based cardboard tests.” And that its battery pack, located outside the toilet bowl, means you don’t have to uninstall the sensor to recharge and clean it often.

At the same time, the company announced the Hygenic FlowPad, a menstrual pad with microfluidics. It has the ability to monitor factors such as Follicle-Stimulating Hormone (FSI), a marker of fertility, ovarian health and perimenopause. Once the wearer picks up the pad, they are tasked with scanning it using their phone’s camera The Vivoo app, like most other home tests. So far, there’s no word on when the FlowPad will be available for purchase, but the company expects to charge $4-5 per pad.

Vivoo’s Smart Toilet can be ordered now, with early birds getting the device for $99 with no additional subscription required, due to ship in March. The second batch of the same deal will arrive in June, but the latter will have to wait until September 2026 when it goes on general sale. At that point, the price goes up to $129, plus $6 a month for the subscription.
