Vince CEO Brendan Hoffman on the Evolution of the Luxury Brand: ICR Conference 2026


Exec Edge organized a fireside chat ICR 2026 Conference with Brendan Hoffman, CEO of Vince Holding Corp. (Nasdaq: VNCE). He joined the face-to-face interview Editor at large Jarrett Banksand they discussed how the company has expanded into other product categories and how it’s doing in the luxury business, Vince’s customer experience, and how the company plans to expand its men’s business, among other topics.

About Brendan Hoffman

Brendan Hoffman was appointed CEO in February 2025. In May 2024, Mr. Hoffman co-founded P180, Inc., where he served as CEO until he stepped down to accept his current role as CEO of Vince Holding Corp. He previously held leadership positions at Wolverine from the Worldwide Executive Office until August 2022. 2023 and President from September 2020 to January 2022. From October 2015 to August 2020, Mr. Hoffman was CEO of Vince Holding Corp.

Before that, Mr. Hoffman served as CEO and President of Bon-Ton Stores Inc. from February 2012 to August 2014, he served as a member of the Board of Directors of Pier 1 Imports, including as a member of the audit committee, from January 2011 to December 2020, and Chairman and President and CEO of the October Division of the Lord Bay Executive Office of the Company of Hud & Taylor, in the October Division of 2020. 2008 to January 2012.
