Inquiries about Bowen’s availability have been made in previous transfer windows and it’s clear that the England international from Tottenham Hotspur is admired by many.
At 28, the West Ham captain is at the peak of his powers and represents the type of player the Lilywhites desperately need. However, it remains to be seen whether he will betray the Hammers by moving to a direct rival this summer.
Former Liverpool manager once called him “unbelievable” Jurgen Kloppit’s easy to see why Tottenham would be interested in a player of Bowen’s ability and clear leadership.
