Thousands are marching in cities across the US in a ‘national shutdown’ against a crackdown on immigration




Thousands of protesters took to the streets of Minneapolis and other US cities on Friday in a show of anger over the Trump administration’s crackdown on immigration. The response came in response to a call for a day of action, dubbed a “national shutdown,” after federal agents killed Alex Pretti and Renée Good in Minneapolis.
