Barca are without defender Erik Garcia after he was sent off in the first leg, while veteran striker Robert Lewandowski suffered a fractured eye.
Dutch playmaker Frankie de Jong is out and Gavi is a long-term absentee.
Gerard Martin replaces Garcia at centre-back, while Joao Cancelo comes in for Alejandro Balde at left-back. The other change from the 4–1 win over Villarreal sees Pedri restored to midfield, with Dani Olmo dropping to the bench.
