The Chicago Federal Judge on Thursday said he would temporarily block US President Donald Trump to schedule hundreds of National Guard Soldiers in Illinois, five days after another US judge blocked a similar schedule in Portland, Ore.
US District Judge April PERRY said that the allowance of military troops in the country would only “add fuel to the fire” after listening to more than two hours of arguments for a lawyer for the US Government and the State of Illinois, which sued Trump’s administration for distribution.
The judge said her complete, written command would be available on Friday.
On Thursday morning, the guardian soldiers were seen patrolling at the immigration plant in the suburban Chicago, which has become a frequent target of protest in recent weeks.
Separately, it seemed that on Thursday, the Council for three judges on the Federal Appeal Court in San Francisco on Thursday would single out a verdict that blocked Trump’s deployment of Portland, which would clear the way for hundreds of soldiers to enter that city.
The outcomes of the two cases could have significant consequences on Trump’s expansion of a campaign to distribute military staff on the streets of US cities due to the objection of their democratic leaders.

Requests of violence challenged
Government lawyers on both courts said that the National Guard soldiers were needed to protect federal officials and property from demonstrants.
Democratic governors from Illinois and Oregon accused Trump of deliberately wrongly characterized by small, mostly peaceful protests as violent and dangerous in order to justify scheduling.
In making her decision on Thursday, Perry said she had difficulty in accordance with government claims about violence during protests at the immigration plant in Broadview, Ill.
She cited the verdict of another judge in Chicago, also published on Thursday, who temporarily limited the ability of federal agents to use the force to dispel the crowd. Prosvjednici i novinari tražili su taj nalog rekavši da su ih savezni agenti ozlijedili u Broadview Centru.
Perry said that the behavior of American immigration and customs implementation (ICE) encouraged protests and that the distribution of soldiers of guardians in Broadview “would add fuel only to the fire that started the accused themselves.”
‘NETED from reality’
At the Appellate Court in San Francisco, Stacy Chaffin, an assistant to the Oregon State Attorney, the language of a lower court referee who blocked Trump’s deployment echoed, saying that the president’s descriptions of Portland seemed to have been “unclear from reality.”
The judges questioned whether they should only consider current circumstances or consider more active protests earlier this year, which temporarily closed the headquarters of the ideal in Portland.
The US Circle Judge Ryan Nelson, Trump’s named, said the courts should not deal with the “daily” examination of the troops needed at any time.

The National Guard is part of the army and can be arranged abroad or in the country. In the US, the guard usually manages governors and responds to events such as natural disasters. According to US law, the National Guard and other military staff are usually not allowed to be involved in civil law enforcement.
While the US president can arrange a guard under certain authorities, Trump tests the limitations of these powers by sending them to cities controlled by his political opponents.
On Thursday, Trump again suggested that he intends to expand his effort to schedule a trunk into American cities to fight against what he claims to be widespread violence. The president previously sent troops to Washington, DC and Los Angeles. The troops are also arranged in Memphis, Tenn., With the support of a state Republican governor.
“We are in Memphis. Let’s go to Chicago. Let’s go to other cities,” the Republican president said at the beginning of the cabinet meeting, adding that the federal presence was in the city of Tennessee for a week.
“We have a very powerful army,” he said. “We have a very powerful national guards. We are directly faced with the vicious threat of left domestic terrorism and violence, including the terrorist group Antif,” referring to a decentralized anti -fascist movement without a formal structure.
The Los Angeles First Instance Court ruled that Trump’s distribution of guard troops during the summer was illegal, and the judgment is that the administration attracts.
