The ex-husband of Gisèle Pelicot will not appeal the sentence of 20 years in prison




A Frenchman found guilty of drugging and raping his then-wife and inciting dozens of men to do the same for more than a decade will not appeal his conviction, his lawyer said Monday. Dominique Pelicot wants to spare his ex-wife the “new ordeal” of another trial, lawyer Béatrice Zavarro said in an interview with France Info television.
