Comprehensive approach: I look for apps that offer a holistic approach and include different types of exercise (such as cardio, strength training, yoga etc.), nutrition, mental health exercises and guidance.
Support and community features: I really like apps that foster a supportive community where women can share experiences and successes.
user-friendly interface: An app’s interface plays an important role in your health journey. I look for designs that are intuitive, easy to navigate and provide clear guidance that contributes to a positive user experience.
