Peach Bowl organizers announced the news Monday.
Their statement read: “We love all of the great traditions of college football, and without a doubt Bevo has one of the best, but the unfortunate reality is that there simply aren’t enough on the sidelines at Mercedes-Benz Stadium. space.”
“Due to stadium restrictions and prioritizing the safety of Bevo, players, all web cameras, support staff, cheerleaders and photographers, unfortunately we will not be able to have Bevo attend the Chick-CFP Quarterfinals Up – fil-A Peach Bowl”

The Peach Bowl will be played at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta. This is SEC Championship between Texas and Georgia. Bevo was also banned from the event.
Bevo has had some run-ins with Georgia’s mascot Uga in the past. The mascot is broken pass through roadblock During that year’s Sugar Bowl, he nearly trampled dogs and onlookers to death at the Caesars Superdome in New Orleans.

Texas defeated Clemson 38-24 in the first round. Ewers completed 17 of 24 passes for 202 yards and a touchdown pass. Jaydon Blue and Quintrevion Wisner each ran for over 100 yards.
