Super Bowl LX: Here Are the AI-Related Ads Coming to the Big Game


Are you ready for some football? Super Bowl LX pits the Seattle Seahawks against the New England Patriots at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California, on February 8. (Here’s how to watch.)

For Hawks (like me!) and Pats fans, the actual game is what matters. But like every Super Bowl, everything around it also gets attention, from the Bad Bunny-led halftime show to the iconic commercials. Since 2026 is shaping up to be the year of AI, artificial intelligence will play a big part in Sunday’s Super Bowl ads.

This is not new. AI ads were also part of last year’s Super Bowlwith everyone from actor Walton Goggins to The Muppets promoting AI in some form.

Some of the AI-related Super Bowl ads have already been released, or the companies that made them are talking about them. Here’s what we know coming so far, and we’ll add more as it’s revealed.

Svedka Vodka: Terrible disco robots

From the second the unnerving lipsticked robot knocks on camera, this Svedka Vodka ad is sci-fi in every way. The robot is a retired Svedka mascot called Fembot (which got me thinking THE Bionic Female villainbut I’m GenX). the says the company the ad is “created by humans in collaboration with robots (aka artificial intelligence).” The robots are extremely neat and scary; they take the dance floor away from the people, and when the guy (BroBot) actually drinks the vodka, it pours a red liquid that looks like he’s bleeding down his throat, and he also… burns?


Wix: Build websites with AI

Wix is ​​a website development company, and its Super Bowl ad promote its Wix Harmony platform, which includes AI in its website creation tools. The commercial is about a woman who wants Wix Harmony to help her create a website for her handmade furniture business, which seems exactly like the type of work AI will eliminate.


OpenAI: Who knows?

OpenAI, the artificial intelligence company behind ChatGPT and text-to-video maker Sora, will run a Super Bowl commercial, according to The Wall Street Journal. But with just days to go until the big game, the ad hasn’t been released yet. Last year’s OpenAI Super Bowl ad used dots to create images of iconic inventions and discoveries, from fire and the wheel to trains, jets and the moon landing, with the tagline, “All progress had a beginning.”

Meta: Oakley glasses

You might think that your smartphone already gives you a camera in your pocket all the time, but maybe you want to wear the camera on your face? Meta, the owner of Facebook, released a short teaser video for the 2026 Super Bowl ad, which will promote Oakley-branded AI glasses. It is not made to take your child’s first steps; everyone in this ad is apparently an X Games-style superjock. If this sounds vaguely familiar, it is. During the 2025 Super Bowl, Meta ran an ad featuring actors Chris Pratt and Chris Hemsworth wearing AI glasses to view Kardashian mom Kris Jenner’s art collection.
