House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries, D-N.Y., said Thursday that the Secretary of Homeland Security (DHS) Kristi Noem Should be “permanently frozen” because he threatened impeachment proceedings against cabinet officials at a press conference.
Jeffries made the remarks in response to a question about whether Democrats would move forward with impeachment if Noem is fired and whether he has spoken with Republicans about supporting that effort.
