Glasgow rangers They have yet to make a first-team signing since bringing in Andreas Skov-Olsen on the night they beat Sporting Annan 5-0.
The Danish striker is their third signing of the January transfer window, joining Tochi Chukwani and Tuul Lomens in front of Ibrox fans.
Danny Rohr There was a real attempt to raid his former club Southampton and loan Cameron Archer to Ibrox until the end of the season, but the deal fell apart on deadline day.
Ger people Agreement reached The former Aston Villa marksman was signed on a temporary deal before Saints terminated the contract as they agreed to sell Adam Armstrong to Wolves.
Rangers reach full signing agreement
Although Archer’s transfer encountered obstacles today, scottish premier league The Giants are finally ready to bring in the No. 9 player they’ve been looking for.
According to Sky Sports reporter Florian PlettenbergGlasgow Rangers have agreed a comprehensive deal with Hansa Rostock to sign center Ryan Naderi.
Reporters claim the Gers have agreed a deal with the German club that could see add-ons of up to £5.1 million, with the 3. Liga club having a 20 per cent sale clause as part of the move.
Plettenberg added The transfer “is about to become official” and will make him the most expensive departure in the history of Germany’s third division. German reporters revealed that the 22-year-old No. 9 has completed his medical with the Scottish giants and all that remains now is for the club to announce his arrival at Ibrox.
Why Ryan Naderi could be Joe Aribo 2.0
One might have doubted Naderi’s ability to make an immediate impact in Glasgow due to the caliber of football he comes from.
The German striker currently plays in the third tier for his native Hansa Rostock and has never played at this level, but fans should remember that Joe Aribo joins the club from Charlton Athletic in the First Division.
Aribo joins Leicester City today on loan from Southampton, having joined Rangers in the summer of 2019 after three seasons with the Addicks in England’s third tier. He never played above this level but he had great success at Ibrox.
The Nigeria international played 149 games for Rangers before joining them, scoring 26 goals and providing 25 assists. Sold to Southampton for £6m 2022 after three successful years in Glasgow.
Aribo proved that the quality of a player is more important than the league he comes from, winning the Scottish Premiership and Scottish FA Cup with the Gers and scoring in the Europa League final while becoming a key player for Steven Gerrard and Giovanni van Bronckhorst after joining straight from the third tier.
This suggests that Naderi should be evaluated based on his personal qualities rather than the qualities of his league. The recruiting team and Rolle have clearly seen enough from him to suggest he could handle the promotion given the move and the expense behind it.
The tall German center has shown great promise as a scorer and goal creator in the No. 9 position in the third tier this season.

As you can see in the chart above, Naderi is a threat as a scorer, creator, and dribbler, meaning he can create his own shots by confronting players rather than relying on other players to set up offense for him.
None of Rangers’ current forwards have scored more than four goals or provided more than two assists in the Premier League this season, which speaks volumes about how mediocre the performances of Yusef Cermiti and Bojan Miowski have been.
If Naderi can carry over the form he showed in the third tier to the Premier League, the 22-year-old striker could be Rohr’s best option at No.9.
Aribo is a perfect example that signings from the third tier should not be overlooked and overlooked, and hopefully Naderi will be the next example.
