Caspar Rudd Excited for dad. The Norwegian himself has strong links with his family and is currently coached by his own father, Christian Rudd. In an interview with atptour.com, the 27-year-old opened up about his thoughts on fatherhood and revealed he was looking forward to introducing his first-born child to sport, saying:

“I think teaching her the way I lived my life and what I learned when I was younger. She has the freedom to do whatever she wants and doesn’t need to play tennis. But of course it’s natural to at least try and see if she can be active in sports. I think sports in general are a great way for kids to be active and have a place of their own.”

In tennis, Casper Rudd was last seen playing in a match at australian open. The former world number two reached the fourth round in Melbourne but ultimately lost to the American eighth seed Ben Shelton Divide into four groups.
