Club Brugge’s young talent Maxime De Couper is attracting attention from a number of Premier League clubs after a string of outstanding performances for club and country.

The 24-year-old full-back’s consistency has caught the attention of London rivals arsenal, tottenham hotspur and chelseaAccording to CaughtOffside sources, they have recently sent scouts to observe the player’s performance.
