Line-ups confirmed as Black Cats defend unbeaten home record

Sunderland take on Burnley in the Premier League on Monday night as the Black Cats look to get back to winning ways.

The Regis Le Brice side had a good first half of the season in the Premier League but it was somewhat of a letdown of late.

They have won just one of their last six games but are still the only team to lose a Premier League game at home this season, winning six and drawing five of their 11 matches at the Stadium of Light. Birmingham City are the only promoted team to remain unbeaten at home for a longer period in a Premier League season in 2009–10 (15).

Burnley, meanwhile, are 11 points behind and in desperate need of a victory.

Burnley in their last 14 Premier League games (D5 L9); In their top flight history, only February 1889 to February 1890 have the Clarets ever endured a longer winless streak (19).

Here’s how they line up.
