Manchester City captain Kyle Walker wants to leave the club, Pep Guardiola has confirmed, with AC Milan interested in agreeing a deal.

Walker has 18 months left on his City contract and Telegraph Milan are reportedly interested in taking the experienced speedster to the San Siro. No offer has yet been tabled for the reigning Premier League champions but Milan are ‘confident of an over the line deal’.
There is no guarantee for Walker in terms of a regular starting role this season, with the emerging Rico Lewis often preferred by Guardiola in both the Premier League and Champions League competitions.
Walker has enjoyed a hugely successful eight-year spell cityWon 14 major trophies after joining from Tottenham Hotspur in a £50m deal. In addition to the club’s first Champions League win in 2023, Walker has won six. Premier League title, two FA Cups, four League Cups and a Club World Cup.
