He selected the Joe Gibbs Racing driver to win Sunday’s (Oct. 12) South Point 400 at Las Vegas Motor Speedway.
The latest episode about himFun times with Kevin Harvick” podcast, the 2014 NASCAR Cup Series champion and his co-hosts Kaitlyn Vincie and Mamba Smith dropped their winner predictions for the first race of the Top 8 at the 1.5-mile track in Las Vegas.

“I’d take Bell. Those guys have the speed to avoid getting into catastrophic situations even in places where you think someone else is going to win. They have the speed,” said Kevin Harvick on picking the driver to win the Las Vegas playoffs (51:32).
Harvick’s co-host Vincie singled out Team Penske driver Ryan Blaney for his fourth win of the season.
“I’m going to Ryan Blaney for the weekend,” she said.
Meanwhile, co-host Mamba Smith picked Bell’s teammates Chase Briscoe Win the third game of the season. Smith said in naming his selection:
“I’m going with Chase Briscoe”

Christopher Bell, selected by Kevin Harvick, has a solid track record at the 1.5-mile track in Las Vegas. He has three top-5 finishes and five top-10 finishes, averaging 16.9 points in 11 starts at this track.
After 32 races in the 2025 NASCAR Cup Series season, the driver of the No. 20 Joe Gibbs Racing Toyota has four wins, 12 top-five finishes and 19 top-10s while leading 282 laps with an 11.6 average finish. He currently sits fifth in the Cup Championship standings, four points adrift of the elimination line.
