John Terry films himself as Arsenal score winner against Chelsea in bizarre home video

Arsenal Fans had another moment to enjoy this morning: watching John Terry’s reaction to Kai Havertz’s goal Chelsea That sent the Gunners to Wembley.

Former Blues skipper Terry was recording himself watching the game at home last night, presumably hoping to catch the moment Chelsea scored a late goal that would have taken the tie into extra time.

Instead, Arsenal went down the other end and Havertz, himself a former Chelsea player, rounded Robert Sanchez and slotted the ball into the net. A 1-0 win on the night and a 4-2 aggregate success.

Terry, who is wearing a Chelsea training top, confidently claimed the goal would be ruled out for offside but replays showed the German was well on his way when he received a pass from Declan Rice.

After the goal, Terry added TikTok: “Not a bad performance from us but didn’t look like scoring all night to be honest. And Arsenal did what they needed to do tonight.”
