Shaddell Sanders has lost his last three games as quarterback for the Cleveland Browns. Coach Prime’s son has just one win after replacing Dillon Gabriel as the starter in Week 12.
However, according to reports, this cannot be entirely blamed on the rookie quarterback. The Browns are considered one of the worst offenses this season. This negatively impacted Shaddell Sanders’ production on the field, while also hampering the performance of rookie running back Quinshon Judkins.

But analyst Jason Whitlock is skeptical of that claim from Kevin Stefanski’s team. In a post talking about the Browns’ O-line, he highlighted how Shedeur Sanders painted a similar story during his two-year college career with the Colorado Buffaloes.

In Week 15, the Browns lost humiliatingly 31-3 to chicago bears. In that game, Scheidel completed 18 of 35 passes for 177 yards and three interceptions.
In his postgame press conference, the rookie quarterback talked about a special pass to Jerry Jeudy in the third quarter. If the WR catches the ball, the Browns will score their first touchdown of the game. However, it was ultimately intercepted by CB Jaylen Johnson.
“I don’t kick people when they’re down,” Scheidel said. “He knows it’s an important game and I believe he’s very hard on himself. So there’s no need for me to do that extra.”
