Israel, US strikes hit building body to elect Iran’s new supreme leader




The building of the body responsible for electing Iran’s new supreme leader in Tehran was hit in strikes by Israel and the US on Tuesday, local media reported, showing images of the building badly damaged in the strikes. Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei was killed in US and Israeli strikes on Saturday. FRANCE 24’s Reza Sayah reports from Tehran.
