Investors focus on economic data, with 10-year Treasury yield in focus


USA 10-Year Treasury Bond Stocks edged lower on Wednesday as investors awaited economic data and took stock before the new year.

At 4:10 a.m. ET, the 10-year Treasury yield fell one basis point to 4.112%. The rate of return is 2-Year Treasury Bond It was last down about 1 basis point at 3.446%.

Yields and prices move in opposite directions. 1 basis point equals 0.01%.

On the data front, initial jobless claims for the week ended December 27 will be released at 8:30 a.m. ET.

This marks the final data release for 2025, which investors will be watching closely for any further clues on the path of the Fed’s monetary interest rates.
