Fitzpatrick said his family had been threatened and he had received “disgusting” messages and voicemails including Threaten to burn down his bar.
“People flat out said I should die for this,” he said. “It’s so despicable.“
Fitzpatrick urged anyone who rejected his promotion to go to his bar, claiming that “if any of these liberals actually came in and wanted to talk,” they would meet someone who “would sit down with them and talk to them and listen to what they have to say.”

Fitzpatrick remains unmoved, saying the negative comments only make him want to “work harder.” His bar also continues to offer new promotions throughout the month, including “Manly American Monday,” where men who support ICE can get free beer Just to walk in the door.
The bar also offers free beer every Tuesday to women who call ICE to report illegal immigrants, and a special 10 percent discount for straight couples on Wednesdays.
“My view is that they exposed their evil to us in public and showed us who they are,” Fitzpatrick said of the online attacks and threats he has received.

Amid the negativity and threats, Fitzpatrick also received “overwhelming support,” including encouraging mailers and greeting cards.
“In my salon, when I’m there after a long day of dealing with evil and all the phone calls and stuff, people are there and they just come in and see me and support me and encourage me,” he said.
Fitzpatrick didn’t expect many customers to claim the freebies, but he did say Ryan Spoon, vice chairman of the Ada County Republican Central Committee in Idaho, received the freebies after providing evidence that he helped ICE make an arrest.
