“I never regret the decision to have a public trial”


Gisele Pellicot told a group of reporters outside court that she was thinking of her children and grandchildren and all the other families and victims of the story “who are often in the shadows” and said “we share the same struggle”.

She added that she had never regretted giving up her right to anonymity and “opening the door to trial” so society could see what happened.
