Jeffrey Sonnenfeld is the Lester Crown Professor of Leadership Practice at the Yale School of Management and founder of the Yale Chief Executive Leadership Institute. A scholar of leadership and management, he created the world’s first school for incumbent CEOs and advised five US presidents on political parties. His latest book, Trump’s Ten Commandmentswill be published by Simon & Schuster in March 2026.

Steven Tian is the director of research at Yale Chief Executive and a former analyst at Rockefeller Capital Management. He previously worked in the State Department’s office of the undersecretary for nuclear nonproliferation in Iran.

Stephen Henriques is a senior research fellow at the Yale Chief Executive Leadership Institute. He is a consultant at McKinsey & Company and a policy analyst for the governor of Connecticut.
