Germany fights to secure damaged ‘Russian shadow fleet’ oil tanker




On January 11, Germany scrambled to secure a heavily laden tanker that ran aground off its northern coast, towing a damaged vessel it said was part of Russia’s sanctions-busting “shadow fleet” away from the coast to prevent an oil spill.
