French Christmas tradition: festivities that continue into the New Year




Christmas in France would not be complete without free champagne, oysters or buche de Noël. And the French holiday season is longer than most – stretching until New Years with Epiphany (January 6) and traditional galettes des rois through February with Chandeleur (Candlestick).
