Freddie Mac Mortgage Portfolio Growth Slows to 2.4% Annualized Rate in November (FMCC: OTCQB )

Freddie Mac’s (OTCQB:FMCC) total mortgage portfolio advanced at an annualized rate of 2.4 percent last month, marking the slowest growth since a 1.9 percent increase in July, the company said Monday.

Single-family refinance loan purchase and guarantee volume was $10.3 million in November, representing 30% of total single-family loans.
