A federal judge in Georgia ordered unsealing documents related to an FBI raid that seized 2020 election ballot from a Fulton County facility that may provide new leads in the bureau’s investigation.
Judge JP Boulee, nominated by the President Donald Trump In 2019, the government was given until Tuesday to submit documents, including an amended search warrant affidavit.
“While petitioners initially filed this case under seal, both parties have now indicated to the court that they have no objection to the unsealing of the docket or petitioners’ motion,” Bray wrote in the order.
The order continued: “Furthermore, defendant states that it has no objection to the unsealing of the search warrant affidavit and any other documents related to the search warrant with the redaction of the names of non-government witnesses.”

The FBI raid, conducted Jan. 28 at Fulton County’s main elections facility in Union City, near Atlanta, focused on records related to the 2020 election. A search warrant cover provided to the county lists items sought by agents, including ballots, tab strips, electronic ballot images and voter rolls.
