Musk will likely occupy space in the Eisenhower Executive Office Building next to the West Wing, which provides much of the office space for White House staff, The New York Times reports.
Musk and transition officials have discussed Musk meeting President-elect Trump after he takes office, but specific plans have yet to be determined, the outlet reported, noting that people who freely visit the West Wing typically require special passes. .

The DOGE team has about 50 people, with plans to expand to about 100 employees before the inauguration. According to the Washington Post, these employees work at SpaceX’s offices in Washington, D.C.
