American Eagle isn’t letting the backlash stop them from hiring some of the biggest names in entertainment to be the face of their brand. Although Langley only released her debut album in 2024, she has already won multiple CMA and ACM awards.

Langley was born in 1999 Hope Hull (Alabama). She is one of four children and the second child in her family.
In August 2024, Langley told billboard She always wanted to be a singer.
“My mom told a story about my grandpa sitting at the piano and we were going to play ‘Amazing Grace,’ and my mom was trying to hold the microphone for me, and I was three years old, and I said, ‘I got it. I know what to do,’ and everyone in the church was laughing. So that’s what I’ve always wanted to do,” she told the outlet.

“My grandfather, I mean, he could sing. My grandmother could sing. He could play every instrument by ear. Our family gatherings, everyone would come together and everyone was singing. Music was a big part of our lives, both on my dad’s side and on my mom’s side,” country star explain.
Travel to Nashville
After high school, Langley left his small hometown in Alabama to attend Auburn University. After two years of school and countless nights spent at local bars, she dropped out of college and moved to Nashville, Tennessee.
“I had a boyfriend who was in the music industry and then his manager… they both moved to Nashville and we were going to live with Trey (Lewis). I was like, OK, I’m not staying here,” Langley said “God’s Own Country” Podcast.

“So I called my mom and dad and I said, ‘Hey, I think I want to drop out of school and move to Nashville. No matter what, when I graduate, I’m going to be in more debt. I mean, I’m going to do it no matter what. I’d rather start now.'”
Langley admitted that leaving her family in Alabama was bittersweet, but she knew it was the right next step for her music career.
“It’s been a cool journey to find those people in town that are right for me and I love me and believe in me and I believe in them. So that’s what really keeps me going. Obviously my family supports me in their own way too and just loves me, but it is what it is. No one ever thought I would do anything else… If you ask my family, they’d say, ‘Yeah, we all know this is what she’s going to do.'” So when I wanted to move, there was never any question,” she said on the podcast.
CMA and ACM win
Langley rose to fame after releasing her first hit single, “You Look Like You Love Me” (featuring Riley Green).

Ella had a historic night at the hotel The 60th ACM Awards In May, five trophies were won – the most of any first-time nominee. She won New Female Artist of the Year, Single of the Year, Music Event of the Year and Visual Media of the Year for her song with Green.
Langley and Green’s song also performed well at the 59th Country Music Association Awards (CMA), winning Single of the Year, Song of the Year, Music Video of the Year and Music Event of the Year.

Late last year, Langley announced that he would perform on the first day of Stagecoach on April 24, marking a huge achievement for the young country singer.
The festival will take place shortly after Langley releases her second album, Dandelion, on April 10.

“So excited to finally announce that my second album Dandelion will be released on April 10th and the title track is yours this Friday! Welcome to Dandelionland 💛,” Langley wrote in an Instagram post in January. She will be in the United States on her “Dandelion Tour” from May to August.
Langley released her debut album “Hungover” in 2024. The album contains 14 tracks, including her hits “You Look Like You Love Me” (featuring Riley Green) as well as “Nicotine” and “Paint The Town Blue”.

“I have these pictures of me growing up wearing American Eagle shorts, and my mom was obsessed with them. They were the first pair of jeans I loved,” she told the outlet. “American Eagle has always been about being yourself, and that’s something I try to convey in my music. My everyday style is pretty laid-back, a little outdoorsy, and always about comfort, so it felt right to partner with a brand that celebrates that.”
If Langley could go back in time and give any advice to her younger self, she would say “keep working hard and doing everything I can to make my dreams come true.”
Langley continued, “Every show I play and every song I write has led me to this moment of releasing ‘Dandelion,’ which to me means doing what I love and telling my story.”
