Dundee 2 – 1 Kilmarnock

Dundee came from behind to beat Kilmarnock 2-1 at Dens Park.

The visitors took the lead in the first half through Greg Kilty but Dundee fought back with Ash Hay equalizing and Charlie Reilly scoring the winner.

The win means Dundee move up to ninth in the table, six points ahead of Killie, who have gone 13 games without a win.

Dundee suffered a heavy blow before kick-off with Cameron Congreve ruled out with a quadriceps injury suffered in Saturday’s win over Falkirk.

The Welshman was replaced by Reilly, making his first start for Dundee, while Dark Blues captain Simon Murray is suspended after picking up a straight red card against the Baines.

In the fifth minute, the visiting team’s goalkeeper Tobi Oluwayemi made a clearance directly from outside the penalty area to Dundee’s Callum Jones, but the midfielder’s shot was blocked, which frightened the visiting team.

Jones had another chance moments later when Riley crossed from the right, but this time Oluwayemi made a vital save to deny the Welshman.

However, Dundee were in for a surprise when the visitors took the lead in the 38th minute. A quick free-kick just inside the Killie half looked certain to be saved by Luke Graham, but he missed the ball and Kilty ran towards goal before calmly getting past McCracken.

Dundee finally equalized in the 57th minute when Tony Yogane crossed from the left to the back post and Reilly headed the ball to Hay, who headed home to score the club’s first goal.

Hay’s shot was then blocked and the ball fell to Riley, who gave Oluwayemi no chance and eventually won with a beautiful curling shot.

What will happen to the Scottish Premiership?
