The Winter Olympics have arrived in Cortina, Milan.

The competition begins on Wednesday with several mixed doubles curling matches, including Canada against the Czech Republic. The Canadian women’s ice hockey team plays its first game on Thursday. Skaters took to the ice on Friday before the official start of the Games with the opening ceremony later that night. Then it’s full steam ahead with the first medal events on Saturday.

Which is all to say, the Olympics are coming up fast. And if you’re not a die-hard fan of all these sports, the thought of figuring out who, what and when to watch can seem overwhelming.
