Cuban aviation officials have warned airlines that the island does not have enough fuel to refuel planes, the latest step in efforts to curb energy use as the Trump administration cuts off fuel sources for the Caribbean nation. France 24 journalist Kethevane Gorjestani examines how the country’s energy crisis has deepened as a result of the US oil blockade.
