Costco has released a new batch food itemscontinuing with its strategy of regularly renewing its offers.

The retail giant, which typically introduces new products monthly, has added a mix of sweet and savory items, ranging from baked goods and desserts to ready meals, according to in Food & Wine.

New items spotted in stores include Filled Heart Madeleines; Matcha Chocolate Sandwich Cookies; Turkey, Pesto and Swiss Cheese Pockets; Italian style meatball sandwiches; Chinese BBQ Beef Ribs; kimchi pancakes and a Valentine’s Day themed version of Tuxedo Chocolate Mousse Cake.

Stuffed Heart Madeleines

Costco seems to be leaning into Valentine’s Day with heart-shaped cupcakes. Soft and buttery biscuits are filled with raspberry or chocolate hazelnut flavours.

Matcha Chocolate Sandwich Cookies

Costco has introduced new sandwich cookies with Kyoto Uji matcha and Valrhona chocolate. The box contains 12 individually wrapped cookies and retails for about $15.

Chinese BBQ Beef Short Ribs

Ruprecht’s Chinese BBQ Beef Short Ribs offer a ready-to-eat option that includes USDA Choice Beef. Containing 12 grams of protein per serving, the short ribs are finished with a char siu-style sauce.

Tuxedo Chocolate Mousse Cake

While it’s not exactly new, Costco’s Tuxedo Chocolate Mousse Cake is getting one Valentine’s Day bakery makeover, according to Food & Wine.

Desserts, which appeared to be ice cream with the word “love” in at least one shop, included layers of chocolate cake, chocolate and white chocolate mousse, brownie chunks and chocolate.

Meatball sandwich

Costco’s Italian-Style Panino Meatball Filled Rolls feature beef and pork meatballs, marinara and mozzarella in a handheld option priced around $11 for two.

Crispy Kimchi Pancake

Costco’s new pre-made kimchi pancakes feature spicy fermented kimchi and chunks of squid and can be quickly cooked in a pan.

Turkey, Pesto and Swiss Cheese Pockets

La Boulangerie has added a new frozen bakery item at Costco’s alignment Each croissant pocket contains 13 grams of protein and is filled with roasted turkey, Swiss cheese and basil pesto.

Last month, Costco added a new sweet to its bakery lineup with the debut of its Peanut Butter Monster Cookies.

Costco did not immediately respond to FOX Business’ request for comment.
