An undercover report by Fox11 Los Angeles revealed that women there were scantily clad, given lap dances and patrons were allowed to bring alcohol for an additional fee.

A self-proclaimed director of DD Café insisted it was “just a coffee shop,” the outlet reported, adding that the owner was unavailable for comment. However, a local resident told Fox11 that DD Café is a “strip club.”

Garden Grove Hotel police station On February 5, a Facebook post stated that authorities had served a search warrant at the location and arrested 17 people.

“The Garden Grove Police Department’s Special Investigations Unit (SIU) conducted an investigation into the DD Cafe following a complaint of illegal activity occurring within the premises,” the Facebook post states, adding that “with the assistance of Garden Grove law enforcement, the business has been red-tagged.” Police told Fox11 red tags indicate issues related to safety or other issues.

According to Fox11, Garden Grove municipal code prohibits adult entertainment venues from being located within 1,000 feet of a school site.

However, DD Café is very close to La Quinta middle schoolAccording to Google Maps, the distance is only a tenth of a mile.
