A former rival of WWE Superstar Cody Rhodes recently made a grand return at WrestleMania 42 in Las Vegas. The star last competed in the ring in 2015 for the promotion in Stamford. The name is Stephen Amell.

Stephen Amell is a big shot in Hollywood, primarily known for his role in the DC Comics TV series Arrow. The star entered the world of professional wrestling at SummerSlam 2015, when he teamed up with Neville to defeat Wade Barrett and Stardust (aka Cody Rhodes). Amell has since competed in different wrestling promotions, including AEW, but his match at Summer’s Biggest Party 2015 was his last and only match in WWE.

in a recent interview iHeartRadio Canadathe host asked Stephen Amell if he was up to date on wrestling. The Hollywood star said he doesn’t know what’s going on in AEW lately, but he’s definitely aware of the latest happenings in WWE.

Amell later added that he believed he would make a guest appearance on night two of WrestleMania 42 in Las Vegas.

“I don’t know much about what’s going on with AEW. I certainly know what’s going on with WWE. We’re on the road to WrestleMania. I think I’m going to make a guest appearance on the second night of WrestleMania this year,” he said.
