Can American agents cease fire? |Russia-Ukraine War

Russian expert Anatol Lieven explores the options facing Ukraine, Russia and the United States.

Quincy Leaven president Anatol Lieven believes that the deal offered by the United States is an “unfortunate compromise” and should be accepted by Russia and Ukraine.

Lieven told host Steve Clemons that Ukrainian leaders should admit that the Russian-occupied Ukrainian territory has been lost in the past few years.

He added that Russia “gives” on all territories in trying to occupy the desired Ukraine by accepting a ceasefire on the current front.

Meanwhile, Europe “has nothing serious to offer” to end the fight, Lieven said.
