The core strategy of each Bitwise ETF allocates up to 60% of assets directly to the target crypto, purchased through crypto exchanges or OTC counterparties. The remaining 40% flows into ETPs that follow the same token, with derivatives such as futures and swaps providing flexible exposure accounting for notional value to meet the minimum 80% investment threshold in related assets.

Yes, the structure mirrors the success of Bitcoin and Ethereum ETFs. But it accommodates altcoins that don’t have US local approval.

Under normal market conditions, the Funds commit at least 80% of their net assets (plus loans) to the “Applicable Token”, their ETPs or derivatives, prioritizing capital growth.

Bitwise’s filings specify the NYSE Arca listing, with tickers and fees to be determined. It positions them as the company’s largest single-day crypto ETF offering.
