Bakhram Murtazaliev vs. Josh Kelly live scorecard and full undercard results

Josh Kelly makes his first world title challenge tonight against destructive champion Bahram Murtazaliyev at Newcastle Arena.

The 2016 Olympian moved up to super welterweight in 2022 after a tough loss to David Avanesyan, but has yet to face a world-class opponent in that division. However, he had wins over Troy Williamson and Ishmael Davis on the big stage.

An undeniable improvement is Russia’s Murtazaliyev, best known to boxing fans for his three-round victory over Tim Zizou in his last fight in October 2024. Could a long break, coupled with Kelly’s slick style and home-field advantage, spell trouble for the champion? or will Murtazhaliev’s steely composure and raw power See him remaining undefeated and firmly holding the IBF belt?

After the preliminaries, heavyweight star Leo Atang will be looking to win in what could be his fourth fight, Turkey’s Elif Nur Turhan looks to continue his knockout record and defend his lightweight belt, and Josh Padley challenges for the vacant 130-pound European title.
