(Reuters) – Australia’s Insignia Financial said on Monday private equity firm Bain Capital had sweetened its bid for the 178-year-old wealth manager, which it now values ​​at A$2.87 billion ($1.76 billion), weeks after Insignia rejected Bain’s earlier offer.
