Azerbaijan mourns 38 dead in plane crash as investigation continues




Azerbaijan marked a day of mourning on Thursday for the victims of the plane crash in Kazakhstan that killed 38 people and left 29 survivors while the investigation is ongoing. Azerbaijan Airlines initially said a flock of birds may have caused the crash before retracting that statement, while Russia sought to play down speculation that the plane may have been shot down accidentally.
