Author with Katriona O’Sullivan’s best -selling on her memoir ‘poor’ and growing up in poverty




The author of a very valued book about poverty and how it affects children talked to France 24 that the worst part of her heavy childhood was a feeling that she was not loved. “Poor” is the story of the corriona O’Sullivan, who grew up in Gnusno poverty and chaos in a family of five children. She became pregnant and homeless at only 15 years and barely survived for the next five years. Still, O’Sullivan not only survived – she managed, she became an academic and posted her memoir, which was now translated into French as a “spider”. She told us in a perspective.
